Welcome to Sweet Dreams Baby & Mama, where we help exhausted parents transform their baby & mama’s sleep habits and bring restful nights back into their home. We understand how overwhelming sleep deprivation can be, and we’re here to support you in establishing healthy sleep foundations for your little one.

My name is Subana and I am a sleep coach specializing in babies under 12 months. My
journey into sleep coaching began with my own struggles as a new mom. When I had
my daughter, I didn’t realize how much the lack of sleep was affecting me mentally,
physically, and emotionally. Then, at just 8 months postpartum, I became pregnant with
my son. I knew that establishing a strong sleep routine wasn’t just a luxury—it was a
necessity for my well-being and for my children’s happiness.

Through research, trial and error, and personal experience, I successfully sleep-trained
both of my children, who are now 3 and 2 years old. Sleep is no longer a struggle in our
home—it has become part of our daily routine. I want to help other moms experience
the same relief and confidence that I found in creating structured, predictable sleep
patterns for their babies.
